The Art of Changemaking
Change is inevitable. It happens while we sleep, even when we’re unconscious of the changes taking place; it happens whether we like it or not. But to create change and to lead it toward something that is positive and good for humanity–that is a different matter altogether. It takes a consistent and conscious effort to shape events as they unfold, to frame the issues and challenges of the day, to incite people toward positive and productive action. Changemaking is an art. Changemaking uses art. All changemakers are artists–whether they are aware of it or not.
